The forthcoming Fund Performance Reports (“the Reports”) are made in accordance with a draft Notice of the Association of Investment Management Companies (“the AIMC”) Re: Standards on Measurement of Mutual Fund Performance, which is currently in the process of getting approved by the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission and therefore yet to be in effect. The AIMC reserves the right to modify, update, or change any of the contents in the Reports without prior notice. The AIMC makes the Reports and gathers information from reliable sources with good faith. Nevertheless, the AIMC will not be responsible for the correctness and completeness of any content in the Reports nor be liable, in any case, for any damage caused by the use of the Reports and/or any information therein. Therefore, discretion and prudence shall be exercised before using the Reports or any of its content for any purposes.
